Interactive Wednesdays at Grič

On (certain) Wednesdays at Grič, we don't complicate things.

We cook, chat, toast and have a great time. There are two chefs in the kitchen – one of ours, one guest – both masters, both with good teams, both full of ideas. Together they tackle something special in preparing a "four-hand dinner".

But you won't just sit at the table and watch. If you're tempted, you can roll up your sleeves and get to work cooking yourself. The kitchen door is wide open, as the doors to our cellar. We show everything, we tell everything. Just as it should be when you come as a guest – to participate. This way, guests will become part of the action and gain an insight that few people usually see!

During the evening, we will walk through the exciting culinary landscape, cook a little, and eat even more. Every passionate culinary enthusiast can prepare their own plate – and the chef will tell them something smart along the way.

In our cellar, stories also come to mind – about dishes, about techniques, about how cheese ripens, meat dries and yeast works wonders. Here we will try a piece and drink a few drops. Nothing fancy – everything is homely, like visiting old acquaintances who love to eat well and even more so show something new.

The event is intended for everyone who is not only looking for taste in food, but also a story, laughter and people.

Price: 100EUR (Includes food, aperitif, water, soft drink, tour of the cellar).

Additional payment for wine (40EUR) and transportation to and from the event (depending on participation).
