Delavnica: Kruh & pekovski izdelki (20. marec)

Join us for a 5-hour workshop hosted by Chef Luka Košir and his team, where we'll delve into the craft of bread and some pastry making. We'll examine the effects of various types of flour on bread quality, create an array of bakery items together and explore different preparation techniques. We'll emphasize the use of sourdough, teaching you how to make it at home.

This workshop is suited for baking novices as well as those looking to deepen their understanding and experience the process of baking bread in a restaurant environment.

The full programme includes:

─ A glass of wine for a good start
─ Lecture and a guided workshop 
─ Tasting of all breads and baked goods prepared at the workshop
─ House-made snacks
─ A jar of sourdough starter to take home
